Reginald Hemsley, of 19151 Shadow Springs Ct, Jeffersonton VA was found guilty of trespassing on August 4, 2014 in Virginia’s Circuit Court in Culpeper VA. The charges stemmed from an incident on June 7, 2014, when he was observed walking behind “No Trespassing signs” on the property of a neighbor after he had been specifically been forbidden access by multiple methods, including verbal, written and order by a judge in a previous trial.   Hemsley, who pled “not guilty” during the trial was fined $400, with $200 suspended and sentenced to two months in jail, all suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to stay off of the property that he had trespassed on, and to have no contact with the owners of the property.
