The day will begin at 10am with three concurrent music workshops: harmonica, guitar and drums. The public is encouraged to attend one of these hour and one half hour workshops. The cost of the workshops is included in the price of a general admission ticket.
While the music workshops are rocking from 10am to Noon, Verdun Adventure Bound will offer guests a tour of the facility via a fun hay ride. For the daring, guests are invited to try and conquer the Verdun Climbing Wall under the supervision of staff.
The BLUES concert gets underway at 1:00pm with the opening act of Fredericksburg Favorite, the great Dear John Blues Band. The Dear John Blues Band will play for an hour and will be followed by nationally renowned and local great Gaye Adegbalola and the Wild Rutz. The final act before our headliner will be the always popular Blues Buckets, who will perform from approximately 3 to 5pm.
