Culpeper County High School Students Invited to Attend Virginia Summer Residential Governor’s Schools

Press release from Culpeper County High Schools:

Culpeper County Public Schools is pleased to announce that eight high school students have received invitations to attend one of Virginia’s Summer Residential Governor’s Schools this year. The selection process is highly competitive among high school students across the state.  Invitations were extended as follows:

Culpeper County High School

Kameron Mize – Mathematics, Science, & Technology, Lynchburg College

Erin Pollack – Visual and Performing Arts, Radford University

Brian Sauerwald – Visual and Performing Arts, Radford University

 

Eastern View High School

Emily Brooks – Humanities, Radford University

Rachel Burton – Agriculture, Virginia Tech

Kirsten Busse – Humanities, Radford University

Jieun Kim – Mathematics, Science, & Technology, Lynchburg College

Taryn Tretick – Agriculture, Virginia Tech

 

Two students were also selected as alternates:

Omar Elbulok (EVHS) – Medical and Health Sciences

Rebecca Kenaga (EVHS) – Visual and Performing Arts
